Real project insight

PHC is built from real-world experience. It’s not just about financial data, it’s about creating the right conversations to solve issues early and prevent problems.

Success factors

PHC creates insight. People make the difference.

It’s not the system that drives results, but how teams work together. PHC helps create continuous, sustainable improvement.

Embracing problems

Risks are shared, not hidden. Mistakes are discussed openly. Transparency drives improvement.

Transparency and anticipation

Teams work openly and reflect honestly. Not to judge, but to move forward with focus.

Listening and growing together

Leaders listen, stay curious, and focus on what’s next. Dialogue is key in helping instead of blaming.

Built by project professionals

Pepijn and Sjacco believe that simplicity and openness are key to successful projects. That’s why they developed Project Health Check. Their approach has been refined through years of hands-on experience and input from other professionals.

With experience at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, they understand what teams need to perform at their best.

Development

From an internal tool to a scalable, widely used platform.

What started as an internal approach grew into a scalable solution for many organizations.

2004

The first version was created as a policy process with Excel within an international ICT company with over 10,000 projects.

2015

The approach was translated into a first business application at an internationally operating Dutch engineering firm with a portfolio of more than 10,000 projects.

2022

In a complex environment with innovative projects, the approach was further developed and translated into a business application for more than 5,000 projects.

2025

The step from an internal business application to an independent, scalable solution: Project Health Check was developed as a multi-account platform, suitable for small SMEs to large corporates.

Future

Development does not stop. We will continue to enrich PHC with new functionalities and insights, so that organizations will continue to benefit from an increasingly powerful platform.

Current developments

From lessons learned to predictable projects

PHC uses AI applications to turn experiences from previous projects into predictive insights. This helps teams to recognize risks earlier and to make more targeted adjustments.

FAQs

1. What does the PHC implementation process look like?

We use a structured onboarding process that works immediately within your organization. It includes a clear kick-off, a short training, and hands-on support during the first reporting cycles, to ensure PHC is not just implemented, but delivers value from day one.

2. Do you offer support for implementation and change management?

Yes. Beyond the software, we provide tailored support and advice. We help embed PHC into your processes, strengthen ownership, and guide the behavioral change needed to deliver lasting results.Add reaction

3. Why is a monthly rhythm more effective than occasional reviews?

Occasional reviews are reactive and too late. A fixed rhythm creates consistency and predictability, helping you spot signals earlier and make course correction part of how you work.

4. What if our culture isn’t fully there yet?

That’s exactly where PHC helps. It strengthens openness, ownership, and constructive dialogue. The fixed rhythm and structured approach make it easier to address issues and move forward together.

5. How does PHC keep conversations constructive?

It focuses on signals and trends, not blame or judgment, keeping discussions fact-based, forward-looking, and focused on improvement.
